The Main Farmhouse

A classic white farmhouse with gambrel roof, reclaimed lumber, stone and walnut floors, and radiant heat throughout. Featuring a chef's kitchen with 8-burner stove, a formal dining room seating 10 with gas fireplace, a sun-drenched living room, the master suite with double-height ceilings, and a loft game room with pool table.

The Modern Guest Pavilion

A striking steel-framed pavilion with floor-to-ceiling bi-fold glass walls that open completely for seamless indoor-outdoor living. Includes a full kitchen, living room with Sonos and Apple TV, a king bedroom with French doors to a private garden, and a spa-like bathroom.

Pool, Spa & Grounds

A lap-length swimming pool with shallow wading section, heated spa with jets, water feature wall, and a gas fire pit for evening relaxation. The estate grounds feature lavender gardens, Japanese maples, fruit trees, and multiple intimate outdoor seating areas.
